Marky's Aged Balsamico vinegar 10 years ( 8.45 fl oz (250 mL ), crafted in Modena, is a gourmet dressing with a glossy, dark brown hue. It delivers a delightful blend of tangy, sweet-and-sour flavors with notes of wood and cooked grape must alongside a velvety mouthfeel. Aged for approximately 10 or 12 years in wooden barrels, this balsamico vecchio has a reduced density and less complex flavors than older vintages.
