Description
Blanched whole almonds are raw almonds that have had their brown skins removed through a blanching process, usually involving a brief dip in boiling water. This process results in a lighter color and smoother texture compared to almonds with their skins on, and also yields a milder flavor. Sold in individual 5 LB bags.
